Session Outline

Module 1 -Effective Communication Skills

This module caters to the elements that make communication more effective - Listening skills, Paraphrasing, Rapport building. Understand the different styles of communication and how to be assertive.

Module 2 - Problem Solving & Decision Making 

This module enables the learner to define the problem statement and understand the various tools available to solve the problem. It also equips them with a better understanding on how to evaluate, analyse and make creative and firm decisions.

Module 3 - Team Development

This module explains the stages of team development by Bruce Tuckman. Makes the learner understand the essentials of team work and how to synergize and collaborate at work.

A subsequent Team Building Workshop is highly recommended.
